With the use of Certified Shoppers, our company will visit each of your business locations at designated frequencies and report back to you. We will provide detailed reports of our experiences and observations. Each visit will be recorded online in a Mystery Shopping Report. Secure Online Report Delivery

imedgexperts, inc. has one of the most sophisticated systems for creating and delivering Mystery Shopping Reports. The Phoenix System is a web-enabled application that allows our Certified Shoppers to input shop data. The reports are edited and published to our secure Workroom. As our client, you have the ability to access your completed Mystery Shop Reports in the Workroom. If you have multiple locations, we can have reports sent to individual managers, district managers and executives. You will receive completed reports within 24-48 hours from the time a shopper inputs the data online.

Real Time Summary Data

The Phoenix System allows your organization to view statistical summary data, per location, in “Real Time” statistics. You have the opportunity to view data and determine score trends for each section of the Mystery Shopping Report. As a client, you will be able to see the trends for the month, quarter and year. Currently, the Phoenix System has five "real time" summary reports that are accessible online. The following summary data reports are available:

Shopper's Training and Certification

imedgexperts, inc. requires all applicants to meet strict qualifications to become a Certified Experienced Shopper. "We can only be as good as our Shoppers!"

Once an applicant has been accepted, we send out the imedgexperts Shopper Training Manual. We also send out some sample reports, so that the shopper can see what is required to complete a report for us. We also require a writing sample so that we can assess their writing skills.

After the new applicant has correctly completed the application process, they become a Certified Shopper with imedgexperts, inc. Our shoppers specialize in doing comparison shopping nationwide.
